Food as an Expression of Culture
As a Medium of Communication
As a Political Act

Retour

Even if it is a trivial fact, food concerns everybody and it is a matter of daily life. To ingest an aliment is not only to consume it, to destroy it, it is also to let it penetrate in oneself and let it become a part of oneself. So investigating food is a privileged way to look at and try to understand the transformations that take place in a society, above all when this society is India.
